I am one of many who enjoy Sundown's lunch menu. The soft tacos (especially fish and many of the taco-of-the-day selections) are so good it's become a habit for me to go there during the week. I'd like to go to dinner there more often, as I've enjoyed the dinner menu both times I've been. The seafood burrito is wonderful and the margueritas are among the best I've had! Your review has nothing to do with the restaurant I visit. First, it is southwestern cuisine, not Mexican. Second, there is no prix fix menu, only a la carte. Third, `Eddies Pork` is not a pork chop.
